Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this website and anything you buy from The Round Table LLC, doing business as The Working Class ("we," "us"). Using the site or buying from us means you accept them. We keep it short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email us at mikecesaroni1@gmail.com before you buy, not after.

Who can use this

You have to be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Our programs are sold to businesses, not to consumers for personal use.

What we sell

Marketing. We run advertising and follow-up for your business. Pricing starts at $1,500 a month plus a one-time setup fee, and the plan you are on is set out in your service agreement. Advertising budget is separate and is paid by you directly to Google, Meta or whichever platform is running the ads. We do not mark it up and we never hold it.

The Round Table. A $5,000 one-time fee for access to the Round Table community, its meetings, the course material and one-to-one work with Mike, as described at the time you buy.

What is included, what it costs and how long it runs are governed by the service agreement you sign. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, the signed agreement wins.

Payment

Setup fees and one-time fees are due before work starts. Monthly fees are billed in advance on the same day each month. If a payment fails or is reversed we can pause or stop work until it clears. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.

Refunds

We do not offer automatic refunds. Setup fees cover work we have already done, and advertising budget you have spent with a platform is gone once it is spent and is not ours to return. If you think something has gone wrong, email us and we will look at it case by case. Anything we agree to will be in writing.

Cancelling

Notice periods and how to cancel are set out in your service agreement. Cancelling stops future billing. It does not refund fees already paid or budget already spent.

What we do not promise

This is the part people skip, so read it. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, calls, jobs, revenue or return on ad spend. Anything anyone tells you about results, on this site, in a video, on a call or in a message, is an example of what has happened, not a promise of what will happen for you. What you get depends on your market, your pricing, your capacity, how fast you answer the phone, and how well you close. Most of those are yours, not ours.

Coaching is education and advice. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial or employment advice. Get a professional for those.

What we need from you

Marketing only works if we can run it. That means giving us the access we ask for, answering leads promptly, and getting back to us when we need something. We cannot be held responsible for results when leads sit unanswered or we are waiting on you.

Everything you give us has to be yours to give. If you send us photos, logos, reviews or copy, you confirm you have the right to use them and you let us use them to run your ads.

Our work and your work

Our course material, community content, templates, systems and this website stay ours. Buying access does not let you copy, resell, record or share them outside your business. Your brand, your photos and your customer data stay yours.

Ad accounts and assets we build in your name stay with you. Accounts on our own tooling stay with us.

Conduct in the community

The Round Table is a room full of business owners. Pitching the room, poaching members, sharing what is said inside it, or abusing anyone in it gets you removed without a refund. That is the whole rulebook.

Calls and messages

Giving us your mobile number means you agree to calls and texts from us about your inquiry, your appointments and our programs. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. How we handle your information is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

We rely on other companies to do this work, including Google, Meta, our CRM and our payment processor. Their outages, policy changes, account suspensions and pricing are outside our control, and we are not liable when they go wrong. Their terms apply to your use of them.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or any indirect or consequential loss. Where we are found liable, our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending it

We can suspend or end your access if you do not pay, break these terms, or make the working relationship untenable. You keep owing anything already due.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top tells you when they last changed, and the current version is always on this page. Carrying on using the site or our services after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Rhode Island, and both sides agree to that.
