Privacy Policy

This policy explains what The Round Table LLC, doing business as The Working Class ("we," "us"), collects when you use mikecesaroni.com, message us on social media, book a call, register for a webinar, or buy one of our programs, and what we do with it. We keep it short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email us at mikecesaroni1@gmail.com.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out the qualifying quiz, book a call, register for the weekly call, message us on Instagram or Facebook, use the chat widget, or make a purchase, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, your business's industry and approximate revenue, which of our programs you're interested in, and anything you write to us.

Information collected automatically. Embedded services on this site (the video player, the booking calendars, the chat widget) may set their own cookies and collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, under their own privacy policies. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us. We receive confirmation of the payment and the last four digits of the card.

How we use it

Text messaging (SMS)

By providing your mobile number on this site, in a booking form, or in a message to us, you agree to receive calls and text messages from The Round Table LLC about your inquiry, your appointments and our programs. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email mikecesaroni1@gmail.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who run parts of our business on our behalf, and only for that purpose:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we have a business reason to: while you are a lead or a member, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, except where we have to keep a record of a purchase.

Your choices

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee against every risk.

Children

Our programs are for business owners. This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
